Rent the Trolley for Private Events

For the most charming and unique transportation option in the valley, our trolley can be available for select private events like corporate outings, weddings, anniversaries, social outings, homecoming/prom, and more. We are not able to accept all bookings, but would be happy to discuss your inquiry!

Both the interior and exterior of the trolley not only make for a highly memorable experience, but also for incredible photo and video opportunities that last a lifetime.

However, it’s important to note the Chippewa River Trolley is not your typical party bus. We do not allow consumption of alcohol or other beverages on the trolley itself, and thus booking our trolley works better for some than others!

Due to our tour and events schedule, private bookings can be limited. Please fill out the booking application below and you can expect a response generally within three business days.

The trolley holds up to 22 people.

Pricing starts at $225/hour with a 3-hour minimum, during which time the trolley may go wherever you want and stop as often as needed.

A fuel surcharge may be added for distances outside the city of Eau Claire.

The Private Event hourly cost does not cover writing or producing of a custom-created or narrated tour. You can learn more about this option on the Custom Tours page.

Apply for a Booking

Once accepted, private bookings require a 50% deposit and a completed agreement.

Cancellations

A 10% cancellation fee applies to any cancellation within 30 days of the event date and will be held from the deposit.
