Most of our publicly-offered tours may also be booked privately for families, businesses, or other organizations. In these instances, and depending on the tour, the experience may take place on days and times other than those typically offered.

All 22 tickets are purchased by your group (even if you have fewer attendees), and an 18% fee is added covering ticketing fees, custom scheduling/coordination costs, driver availability checks, etc.

Each request is unique, and some possible day and timing restrictions may apply with regard to tours stopping at establishments outside our control, or when in conflict with another tour. Depending on whether you’re booking an already-calendared tour offering, or creating your own at a custom time, booking this way allows you to:

• Guarantee that your group gets the entire trolley to yourselves
• Get all the curated content and offerings included, instead of simply renting the trolley on your own
• You have the chance to pick your day/time when available, or, get all the tickets before they’re on sale publicly
